I am a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and ICF-Trained Professional Coach with more than 8 years of experience providing mental health, counselling, wellbeing, and psychoeducational services across healthcare and educational settings in Qatar.

Throughout my professional journey at Hamad Medical Corporation and in school-based settings, I have supported adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and diverse multicultural communities facing emotional, behavioural, relational, and life-transition challenges. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment where clients can better understand themselves, develop resilience, strengthen coping skills, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

My areas of practice include anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, family concerns, personal development, life transitions, and wellbeing support. I have extensive experience providing individual counselling, family consultation, psychoeducation, crisis support, and group-based interventions.

In addition to my clinical experience, I have completed advanced professional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Group Psychotherapy, and Professional Coaching. These approaches allow me to integrate evidence-informed therapeutic strategies with practical tools that help clients build confidence, improve emotional wellbeing, and work toward sustainable change.

I am passionate about mental health awareness, psychoeducational workshops, wellbeing programmes, and supporting individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
