As a Master’s-qualified Psychologist and Mindfulness Coach, I help people slow down, reconnect with themselves and become more present in everyday life. My approach combines psychological knowledge with mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques and body awareness to better understand emotions, manage stress and support people affected by traumas or overwhelming experiences.

I believe mindfulness is not about stopping your thoughts, but learning to notice your mind, body and emotions without being controlled by them. Together, we focus on conscious breathing, meditation, recognizing your body’s signals, emotional regulation and reducing overwhelm. My approach is warm, gentle and adapted to each person, creating space to feel safe, grounded and more connected with yourself.
