I am a Meditation and Mindfulness Provider dedicated to supporting individuals in cultivating inner calm, self-awareness, and emotional balance. Through guided meditation sessions and mindfulness practices, I help participants develop tools for stress reduction, mental clarity, and deeper presence in everyday life.

My approach is grounded in practical and evidence-based DBT principles, including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I integrate these core skills into each session to help individuals build resilience, manage intense emotions, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and balance.

Sessions may include breath awareness, body scanning, grounding exercises, and mindful reflection—designed to support participants in developing a sustainable mindfulness practice.
