I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and Wellbeing Counselor with over seven years of professional experience in educational and therapeutic settings. I currently work as a School Wellbeing Counselor in the UAE, where I provide individual and group counselling to adolescents, focusing on anxiety management, emotional regulation, self-esteem, academic stress, peer relationships, and behavioral concerns.

Throughout my career, I have designed and implemented structured wellbeing intervention plans, conducted risk assessments, supported safeguarding cases, and collaborated closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support. I have extensive experience working with adolescents facing anxiety disorders, low mood, adjustment difficulties, attendance concerns, social challenges, and self-regulation difficulties.

In addition to my clinical background, I am a Certified Wellbeing Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner.
