My professional journey includes senior management positions with global organizations such as Qatar Airways and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where I developed expertise in communication, coaching, team development, and client relationship management.

In 2021, I embraced monastic life as a Buddhist nun, dedicating myself to meditation, mindfulness, emotional resilience, and compassionate service. This unique path deepened my understanding of stress management, life transitions, grief, purpose, self-awareness, and personal transformation. Alongside my spiritual training, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds through mentoring, active listening, guidance, and well-being practices.
