Breath Awareness & Body Scan

Oisín has maintained a personal meditation practice since 2014, having first encountered meditation through the Buddhist Rigpa tradition. With a particular interest in mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation, he brings a grounded, compassionate approach to supporting others in developing greater awareness of the present moment, cultivating self-compassion and relating to themselves with greater kindness. His approach draws on years of personal practice and an appreciation for the role that mindfulness can play in everyday life, emotional wellbeing and our relationship with ourselves and others.
