I approach mindfulness as a practical, biological tool rather than just a quiet exercise. With a background in Mind-Body Bridging and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I specialize in helping individuals—particularly those navigating neurodivergence or high-stress environments—identify the physical 'map' of their stress in real-time. My experience facilitating mindfulness for groups of 12–14 neurodivergent teens taught me that mindfulness has to be accessible and movement-friendly. I don't just teach people how to breathe; I teach them how to recognize the 'Identity System'—that internal tension that keeps us stuck in behavioral loops. By using active grounding and radical acceptance, I help people build a 'calm center' that they can carry into a crisis, not just use in a quiet room. My goal is to help others move from being reactive to being value-driven, using mindfulness as the bridge to a more intentional and meaningful life.
