My approach is to create a safe space and allow clients to work from a non-judgmental platform. My 15-minute check-in session daily with clients allows us to experience a mindful 30-day journey as a collective. The mindfulness practice assists clients to learn more about themselves through daily questions and activities. Self-reflection is a great way to understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences better. Each day, they find a different question or activity that asks you to think about various parts of your life. From identifying their values and strengths to reflecting on challenges and successes, these activities will help you understand themselves more deeply.
