I support professionals and leaders who feel overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or stuck in constant pressure, yet want to stay sharp, present, and aligned with themselves. My work integrates mindfulness, coaching, and deep inner awareness. I help clients step out of automatic reactions, build a more stable and clearer mind, and develop the ability to respond consciously in challenging situations. I am an EMCC EIA practitioner accredited coach with over 400 hours of coaching experience, and a certified MBSR mindfulness teacher at Mindful Academy International. I work with both individuals and organizations, delivering mindfulness-based stress reduction programs, leadership communication trainings, and individual coaching processes. Beyond professional training, my approach is grounded in long-term personal practice. As a Zen Buddhist practitioner for 5 years, I have direct experience in cultivating stable presence and what is often described as a clear, mirror-like awareness. This allows me to hold space in a way that is both grounded and deeply attentive. Thanks to my zen practice I am able to be truly myself and rely on my sharp intuition. A central theme in my work also is helping clients sharpen their own intuitions to make decisions easier. Also, I support them changing their relationship with their thoughts. Instead of believing every thought, they learn to observe them, creating space between stimulus and response. This is especially powerful in stress, conflict, and high-stakes decision-making. I also place strong emphasis on working with the inner critic through self-compassion. Many high achievers are driven by internal pressure, which may lead to burnout, anxiety, or constant dissatisfaction. Developing a more supportive inner voice creates sustainable performance and a healthier way of relating to oneself. In our sessions, I often integrate short guided mindfulness practices. Clients not only talk about change; they experience it directly in the moment. This embodied approach helps translate insight into real behavioral shifts. Before becoming a coach and mindfulness teacher, I worked in the corporate world, including the energy sector and the Middle East. At my early career stage, I worked as a civil engineer and I also hold an MBA degree. This background helps me understand the realities of high-pressure environments and speak the language of my clients. My intention is to demystify the word “mindfulness” and turn it into a very practical way of learning how to be self-aware, conscious in our day-to-day activities, decisions and how to cultivate a kinder and more attentive relationship with ourselves to reduce stress and live a fulfilled life. Not as an abstract concept, but as a skill that supports clarity, resilience, and conscious leadership.
