As a firm believer of the many benefits of mindfulness/meditation I enjoy using various techniques with my patients. It is so amazing to work hand in hand with them using guided meditations, grounding techniques, breathing exercises, music and aromatherapy to make them more aware of their bodies/minds and spirits and how important it is to be grateful for the many blessings we have in our lives. Working with a change of mindset and creating a higher level of awareness has really made a difference in my everyday practice.
