As a meditation and mindfulness listener I practice being fully present and attentive, both to my own inner experiences and to others. I intentionally focus on the present moment, noticing thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment or distraction. When listening to others, I give my full attention, show patience, and responding thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively. I listen and stay aware of my breathing and body, using these as anchors to stay grounded. I also demonstrate empathy and openness, allowing my clients to feel heard and understood. Through consistent practice, a meditation and mindfulness I have developed greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection with the people around them. I specialize in stress reduction, emotional regulation, focus training, sleep support, and workplace well-being. I offer guided practices (breath awareness, body scan, loving-kindness, mindful movement, yoga nidra) for individuals, groups, and corporate workshops, with clear scope-of-practice boundaries and referrals when needed.
