I was taught by the best teacher: life. I am a self-trained life coach who can help you with any situation that life throws at you. Let's join hands and talk; I am here for you. I specialise in simple forms of meditation, gratitude practice, breathwork, communicating with your body, and more. Most importantly, I am a listener, and I am your friend. I practice mantra chanting too, and I am really interested in learning something new every day. Sometimes all it takes is just an honest conversation, and that is what I promise. I believe that every challenge we face is an invitation to grow, yet we don’t have to walk that path alone. My approach is rooted in the belief that the answers you seek are often already within you, waiting to be uncovered through stillness and intentionality. Together, we can create a safe space to explore your thoughts without judgment. Whether we are working through a difficult transition or simply finding joy in the present moment, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength. We will use the power of the breath to calm the nervous system and the magic of gratitude to shift your perspective. Life can be complex, but our healing doesn't have to be. Life is challenging most of the times, and I know that well. But it can get easier only if we find someone who truly understands or at least listens.
