Hello, I’m Mohua Sengupta, a mindfulness facilitator with a long-standing practice in mindfulness, yoga, and contemplative traditions. For over a decade, I have been exploring mindfulness both as a personal practice and as a way of supporting wellbeing in everyday life. In my sessions, I bring together mindfulness, reflective inquiry, and insights from psychology to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater awareness in how they live and work.
