I offer mindfulness in a way that’s practical, grounded, and tailored to you, whether that’s through one-to-one sessions, small groups, or gentle drop-in classes that include breathwork and mindful movement. These sessions create space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and develop simple tools you can carry into everyday life. I’m trained to teach both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which are structured 8-week courses designed to help you build a consistent and meaningful mindfulness practice. Over the course, you’ll learn how to work with stress, anxiety, low mood, and patterns of thinking that can feel overwhelming or stuck. There’s a balance of guided practices, reflection, and gentle exploration, all offered in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Whether you’re looking for a deeper, structured course or a more flexible way to begin, mindfulness here is about helping you feel more present, more resourced, and more able to meet life as it is, with greater awareness and self-compassion.
