My work in mindfulness is grounded in personal practice, somatic competence, and the trauma‑informed perspective I developed during my clinical internship. As a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and group facilitator, I guide individuals through embodied, accessible practices that support emotional regulation, grounding, and relational safety. My multicultural background and experience in online care delivery help me create inclusive, attuned spaces where clients can cultivate presence, clarity, and sustainable wellbeing.
