I bring over five years of personal practice in mindfulness, meditation, and mind–body approaches, including breathwork, yoga, and Kundalini meditation. Through these practices, I have developed a strong understanding of how mindfulness and body awareness can support stress reduction, emotional regulation, grounding, and overall wellbeing. I have experience guiding individuals through meditation and relaxation practices such as breath awareness, body scans, and grounding exercises. In these sessions, I focus on creating a calm and supportive environment that allows individuals to slow down, develop greater self-awareness, and build practical tools for managing stress and emotional overwhelm. My approach is informed by mindfulness-based principles and draws inspiration from evidence-informed frameworks such as mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). I integrate mindfulness and mind–body awareness within therapeutic and wellbeing contexts where appropriate. While I am not currently a certified mindfulness teacher and have not yet facilitated group programmes, mindfulness and contemplative practice remain a significant part of my ongoing professional and personal development.
