I support people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in their heads to come back into their bodies and find steadiness again. My work blends breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement to gently regulate the nervous system and create space for calm, clarity, and resilience. I guide clients through practices that feel grounded and human rather than rigid or overly technical, helping them reconnect with their breath, their body, and their own inner sense of safety. Through my work with Bear & Bird Wellness, I’ve supported individuals and groups in slowing down, building emotional awareness, and developing simple daily rituals that support wellbeing in real life, not just on the mat or cushion.
